From time to time, Spirit of Monmouth organises a course for new and returning runners to help them to safely and quickly get to running 5 km. We essentially follow the well established Couch to 5K. You can do this on your own or with a friend, of course. But some people enjoy the camaraderie and motivation achieved by running in an organised group.
