Improve your running

From time to time, we organise beginner and improver courses that are designed to take your running to another level.  Non-members are welcome at these courses (indeed, that’s really the main target audience).

We haven’t had a post-COVID “couch-to-5K”  new-to-running course yet… but as things settle down, this will certainly soon surface.
